There is no doubt about the benefits of meditation as a daily practice. Many studies proved its benefits like a better mood, stress-reducing, and well-being. A big portion of the book investigates the effects of meditation on brain functioning, and how it can lead to an altered state of consciousness.

4 Set the best environment 

People who are really into meditation are so in love with the practice that you find in their homes all kinds of decoration items in the room where they meditate.
